Ingredients
- Mash dal 1/2kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Tomato 2(blended)
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Crushed red chili 1tsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- All spice powder 1tbsp
- Green chili for garnish
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Ginger juline for garnish
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 2(chopped)
Method
- Firstly Boil mash dal until 90% done
- Heat oil in pan, saute onion, add ginger garlic paste,blended tomato, all dry spices and mix very well
- Now add dal, mix it, add 1/4 cup of water, cover it and simmer for 10 minutes
- Dish out dal and garnish with green chili, fresh coriander and ginger juline.
- Serve with roti or naan
