Ingredients

  • Chicken: 1 kg, 8 pieces
  • Hung Curd: 1 Cup
  • Cumin powder: 1 Tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 Tsp
  • Chilli powder: 1 Tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 Tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves: 1 Tsp
  • Salt: 1 Tsp
  • Butter: 4 Tbsp
  • Coriander leaves: 2 Tbsp
  • Tandoori masala: 2 Tbsp

Method

  1. Give cuts on chicken pieces.
  2. Beat yogurt, add the rest of your ingredients except butter, and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
  3. Take the chicken out of the marinade and put it in the oven with butter for cooking.
  4. Cook at least 20 minutes (10 minutes per side)
  5. Serve with mint sauce.
