Here is why NHMP has closed Lahore to ISL motorway

The M2 highway has been closed near Thokar Niaz Baig, according to a recent announcement from the National Highway and Motorway Police (NHMP).

The road is now being repaired by the National Highway Authority (NHA), which was severely damaged by the monsoon floods. According to an official Tweet, the NHMP has set up a detour close to Thokar Niaz Baig. The police are now directing traffic to a different route from there.

According to tweets, NHA is making repairs at numerous locations along M2. Roads in the vicinity of Babu Sabu, Sial, and a few more locations are being repaired. The NHMP has cautioned drivers to drive carefully close to these places.
