Netflix unveils first in-person experience venues in Dallas and King of Prussia, opening 2025

Netflix has unveiled its plans to launch the first two locations for its innovative in-person experience venues, Netflix House, which are set to open in 2025. The inaugural sites will be in Dallas and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This announcement, made on Netflix’s blog, Tudum, on Tuesday, also included an artist’s rendering of one of the venues. Both locations are scheduled to open next year.

Netflix House represents the company’s first step into brick-and-mortar retail. The Dallas and King of Prussia locations will offer a variety of attractions, including dining, live events, and interactive experiences inspired by popular Netflix shows and movies. These entertainment complexes will be housed in former department store spaces, each covering over 100,000 square feet, located at the King of Prussia Mall (180 North Gulph Road) near Philadelphia and the Galleria Dallas (13350 Dallas Parkway).

Expanding on previous pop-up events such as those for ‘Bridgerton,’ ‘Money Heist,’ ‘Stranger Things,’ ‘Squid Game,’ and Netflix Bites, Netflix House aims to provide a year-round, immersive venue for fans to engage with Netflix stories and characters. According to Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer, “At Netflix House, you can enjoy regularly updated immersive experiences, indulge in retail therapy, and get a taste—literally—of your favorite Netflix series and films through unique food and drink offerings.”

The exterior of each Netflix House will showcase sculptures and murals of characters from popular titles. Inside, visitors will find activities like dancing on a ‘Bridgerton’ set replica or participating in the ‘Squid Game’ Glass Bridge challenge, dining at themed restaurants, and shopping for merchandise such as ‘Stranger Things’ Hellfire Club T-shirts.
