Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, the spokeswoman for the Foreign Office, stated on Monday that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) had neither prohibited or blacklisted the granting of visas to Pakistanis residing in particular cities.

“We have seen the reports. We can confirm that no such ban is in place by UAE for the issuance of visas to Pakistani citizens,” said the spokesperson.
