One of the key recommendations in the advisory is to use devices that do not store private or official information when engaging with chatbots. Institutions are urged to restrict access to chatbots to authorized personnel exclusively.
To prevent unauthorized access to AI applications, the Cabinet Division has recommended implementing secure communication channels. This involves using encrypted messaging services and secure network connections to safeguard data integrity.
The advisory has also underscored the importance of training employees to exercise caution when utilizing AI applications. Educating staff about the risks and best practices associated with AI tools can assist in reducing potential cyber threats.
