After a rise in gasoline prices of Rs35, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) increased the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs60 per kilogram.
According to a statement from the OGRA, the cost of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has increased by Rs60 per kilogram to Rs264 per kg.
Following the most recent price adjustment, the cost of a home LPG cylinder has increased by Rs703 and the cost of a commercial cylinder by Rs2,706. Commercial cylinders will now cost Rs 11,984 and domestic cylinders Rs 3,115, respectively.
LPG Industries Association of Pakistan Chairman Irfan Khokhar blasted the regulatory body and referred to it as a “mafia” in a statement. Because of the historically high price hike, liquefied petroleum gas was no longer affordable to customers, he claimed.
