Master Changan Motors Limited (MCML) has launched a new variant of its multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), the Changan Karvaan Power Comfort 1.2L, at an introductory price of Rs3.149 million.
The company said the new variant has been introduced following the performance of the Karvaan Power Plus 1.2L, which was rolled out in August 2025 and recorded sales of over 1,000 units within its first 50 days.

According to details, the Karvaan Power Comfort is positioned as a more affordable option in the MPV lineup, while still offering essential safety equipment such as dual airbags, seatbelts for all passengers, and an anti-theft alarm. The Power Plus 1.2L will remain the flagship model, marketed as the higher-end version with enhanced features and cabin space.
MCML’s Chief Executive Officer Danial Malik said the company has sold more than 25,000 Karvaan units nationwide since its introduction, making it a strong contender in Pakistan’s 7-seat MPV segment. He added that the launch of the Power Comfort is aimed at broadening customer choice in the segment.
The company expects the Karvaan Power Comfort to strengthen its position among budget-conscious families and commercial users looking for passenger and cargo transport solutions.
The Karvaan lineup is assembled locally and is part of Changan’s broader strategy to expand its presence in Pakistan’s growing MPV market.
