Pakistan has officially entered the era of electric pickups with the launch of the Geely Riddara RD6 by Capital Smart Motors. The all-electric vehicle has been introduced with an introductory price tag of Rs. 13,299,000.
The RD6, built by Radar Auto—a Geely Auto Group subsidiary—was first seen in Karachi earlier this year and generated immediate interest due to its performance and premium features.

It is now confirmed that the electric pickup will be available to Pakistani buyers within the next few months, with initial deliveries expected to begin before the end of 2025.
The RD6 is equipped with a 315 kW electric motor producing 595 Nm of torque. It can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 190 km/h. Its 86 kWh battery offers a driving range of up to 455 km on a single charge, making it suitable for both urban and highway use.
Inside, the pickup features a 10.2-inch digital display, synthetic leather seats, and multi-mode drive settings such as sport and off-road. Fast DC charging allows the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in roughly 32 minutes.
With this launch, Capital Smart Motors aims to reshape how utility and sustainability intersect on Pakistani roads.
