The education minister also directed that students of classes five to seven undergo internal assessment tests. These assessments will serve as a tool to evaluate both student performance and teaching standards. He instructed officials to develop a transparent and effective testing system within one month.
To further enhance digital learning, Rana Sikandar revealed that the government is exploring the conversion of Grade 9 and Grade 11 (Matric Tech) textbooks into video format. The Academic Committee for Online Tech Education has been assigned to ensure high-quality video content.
Additionally, the minister emphasized the need to prepare in advance for the printing and delivery of textbooks for the next academic year. He warned that delays in textbook distribution would not be acceptable. Efforts to reduce dropout rates in middle school and improve teacher training were also discussed.
