To enforce speed regulations, the Punjab Traffic Police have been instructed to strictly implement the 60km/h speed cap for motorcycles. A directive has been issued to traffic authorities, emphasizing the need for strict monitoring.

On the orders of the Additional Inspector General (Traffic), the Punjab Traffic SSP has instructed all district officers to ensure compliance. Chief Traffic Officers (CTOs) and District Traffic Officers (DTOs) across Punjab, including Lahore, have been tasked with monitoring motorcycle speeds and penalizing violators.

Speed checks will be conducted using Safe City cameras and speed guns in all districts. Additionally, authorities plan to acquire more speed guns to enhance enforcement. Officials have warned that strict action will be taken against anyone violating traffic laws.
