In a statement issued on Sunday, the controller of examinations said the decision was taken due to technical issues arising during the board’s transition from a manual system to a digital platform.
According to the statement, the software application used for managing examination processes became overloaded, leading to a temporary disruption. The board said its IT team is currently working to resolve the issue.
The BSEK said the exams have been rescheduled to ensure they are conducted in an organized and transparent manner.
It added that a revised examination schedule will be issued shortly, while students will appear for exams at the centers already allotted to them. The board advised students and parents to stay updated through official announcements and not rely on unverified information circulating on social media.
