Interior Ministry Announces 3,229 Constable Jobs

The Interior Ministry has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for 3,229 constable positions in the Federal Constabulary (FC) following its recent reorganization and upgrade to federal status.

According to the ministry, the move aims to strengthen the force’s capacity and improve its operational readiness. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates across Pakistan, with the recruitment process based on a province-wise quota system.

As per the official quota distribution, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh will each receive 20 percent of the positions. Azad Jammu and Kashmir will have a 10 percent share, Gilgit-Baltistan 6 percent, and Islamabad 4 percent.

The minimum qualification required for applicants is FA (Intermediate), along with meeting physical fitness standards set by the department. Officials have emphasized that both men and women are encouraged to apply, with the aim of creating a more inclusive and representative police force.

The Interior Ministry has released an official advertisement outlining the eligibility criteria, application process, and submission deadlines. Candidates are advised to review the requirements carefully and apply within the given timeframe.
