The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, has launched a new paid internship programme to encourage youth participation in the country’s expanding IT industry.
The initiative offers internship opportunities in several departments including Marketing & Branding, HR, Operations, IT/Data Node, Finance & Accounts, Industry Facilitation, and Audit. The programme aims to provide fresh graduates with practical experience and exposure to the work environment.

Internships will run for up to six months, with a possible three-month extension based on performance. Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend.
Key Internship Responsibilities:
- Supporting departmental tasks and ongoing projects
- Conducting research and assisting in report drafting
- Helping organize campaigns, events, and documentation
- Gaining experience in professional systems and workflows
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution
- Graduated in 2022 or later
- Maximum age of 25 at the time of application deadline
- Good command over MS Office and related tools
- Strong communication and analytical skills
