The ministry stated that AlBaik’s arrival will create new job opportunities and strengthen economic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The announcement was made during a meeting between Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan and AlBaik’s owner, Rami Abu Ghazaleh. During the discussion, they reviewed the progress of the expansion and its potential benefits for both countries.

AlBaik’s Entry into Pakistan

Last year, in October, AlBaik signed an MoU with Gas & Oil Pakistan Limited (GO) to explore the possibility of opening and running its restaurants in the country. The fast food chain is known for its fried chicken and seafood, making it a popular choice in the Gulf region.

As part of his visit, the federal minister toured AlBaik’s operations and met Pakistani employees working at the chain. He praised the role of Pakistani workers in Saudi companies and stated that AlBaik’s presence in Pakistan will provide more options for consumers and boost the country’s fast food industry.
