The federal government has announced that applications for Hajj 2025 under the government scheme will be accepted starting from November 18, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Applicants can submit their forms at designated banks from November 18 through December 3, with an extended deadline of December 6 for those with valid passports.
Installment-Based Payment Plan
The payment process will be completed in three installments. An initial deposit of Rs200,000 is required with the application, followed by Rs400,000 for those selected in the ballot.

The remaining balance is due by February 10, 2025. Additional charges will apply for sacrificial animals or specific room preferences like double or triple occupancy.
Priority for First-Time Pilgrims
The government will prioritize first-time applicants under the regular scheme, with the ballot scheduled for December 6.
Hajj Cost
Estimated total Hajj costs are between Rs10,75,000 and Rs11,75,000, and applicants must meet health standards per Saudi regulations. Eligibility is extended to those born before February 12, 2013, and a medical certificate is mandatory.
Provisions for Overseas Pakistanis and Women
Overseas Pakistanis can download the required medical forms from the Ministry’s website, and those waiting for passports can submit a provisional “token” application. Women can now travel without a Mahram, though they must indicate their family status on the application.
