Saudi Arabia’s renowned fast-food chain, AlBaik, is set to make its highly anticipated entry into the Pakistani market, as confirmed by CEO Rami Abu Ghazaleh. His statement came during a recent visit to Pakistan, where he accompanied a delegation led by Saudi Minister for Investment, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih.
Al Baik has officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Pakistan’s Go Petroleum, signaling the start of its operations in the country. The CEO disclosed that a feasibility study for AlBaik’s launch in Pakistan has been completed, and the company expects to start serving its famous fried chicken to Pakistani customers by next year.

In addition to opening outlets at Saudi Aramco petrol stations across Pakistan, the fast-food giant plans to set up standalone restaurants nationwide. Abu Ghazaleh stressed that both Al Baik and Go Petroleum are currently working on a strategic business plan to ensure the brand’s smooth rollout and success in the Pakistani market.
When asked about the secret to AlBaik’s global success, Abu Ghazaleh humbly attributed it to divine blessings, stating, “It’s all by the grace of God.”
The CEO expressed excitement about this expansion, describing Pakistan and its people as “beautiful,” and looked forward to providing quality services to the country. AlBaik, known for its fried chicken, is Saudi Arabia’s largest fast-food chain, with its brand registered in over 80 countries worldwide.
