According to officials, the initiative is open to women with or without permanent motorbike licenses. Those who already possess a permanent license can simply fill out the application form, have their documents verified, and receive their scooty directly.
Women who only have a learner’s license or do not yet have one are required to first obtain a learning motorbike license, submit the form, and attend a seven-day training program being conducted by KFC Pakistan at Karachi University.
Training sessions will also be expanded to other cities across Sindh in the near future. After completing the training, applicants can apply for a permanent license and will then be eligible to receive their free pink scooty.
To apply, candidates are required to provide their name, father’s or husband’s name, CNIC number, contact information, email address, city of residence, domicile and PRC of Sindh, and must also state whether they are students or working professionals.
They are further asked to indicate if they need assistance with the license process and whether they wish to attend training sessions with KFC Pakistan.
The forms can be submitted through WhatsApp at +92 309 1365354 or in person at the office located at 43-D, Shahra-e-Ghalib, Block-2 Clifton, Karachi, opposite Pathway School.
