Qatar Airways has categorically denied reports claiming it has shut down its offices across Pakistan as part of cost-cutting measures.
The airline clarified the situation through a statement on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “Qatar Airways flights to and from Pakistan are operating as usual, and our offices remain open. Recent reports claiming otherwise are incorrect.”
Earlier, some media outlets alleged that the airline had decided to close its offices across the country to reduce operational costs. These reports suggested that while the flight operations would continue unaffected, the closure of offices would impact departments such as counter sales, administration, and finance.

The reports also claimed that Qatar Airways would shift its focus to ticket sales through travel agents and online platforms, effectively ending direct ticket sales from its offices in Pakistan.
According to the reports, the decision was part of the airline’s broader strategy to cut administrative expenses.
However, Qatar Airways has firmly rejected these claims, confirming that its offices in Pakistan remain fully operational and its flights are running on schedule.
The airline’s statement assures passengers and stakeholders that there is no disruption to services, maintaining its commitment to seamless travel for customers flying to and from Pakistan.
