GWM Pakistan has officially announced that its much-anticipated Haval H6 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) will be launched on August 12, 2025. The company also revealed the vehicle’s ex-factory price at Rs. 12,895,000, with pre-bookings now open for Rs. 2,400,000.
The announcement was made via GWM Pakistan’s official Facebook page, stirring excitement among SUV enthusiasts across the country.

Meanwhile, Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SAZEW)—the official assembler and distributor of GWM vehicles in Pakistan—confirmed in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has commenced pre-bookings for the Haval H6 Hi4 1.5L AT AWD Turbo PHEV, which is the first locally assembled plug-in hybrid electric SUV in the country.
We are pleased to inform you that the company has commenced the pre-bookings of its PHEV from today under the brand ‘HAVAL H6 Hi4 1.5L AT AWD Turbo PHEV’. The first rollout of the CKD model of this vehicle is expected in August 2025,” the notice read.
In addition to the Haval H6, Sazgar also revealed plans to introduce two more plug-in hybrid vehicles under the GWM umbrella:
- TANK-500 Hi4-T 4X4 2.0L Turbo AT PHEV (SUV)
- CANNON ALPHA Hi4-T 4X4 2.0L Turbo AT PHEV (Pickup truck)
Both new models are expected to roll out before March 31, 2026.
