Pakistani actress Mahira Khan faced a chaotic scene and apparent security failures during a promotional event for her upcoming film at the Indo-Pak Supermarket in Ilford, East London.
The event, which also featured co-star Humayun Saeed, quickly descended into disorder as the increasing crowd overwhelmed the limited security presence.
Eyewitnesses described aggressive behavior among attendees, with several individuals reportedly invading the actress’s personal space as she tried to enter the venue.
While the event initially got off to a smooth start, the atmosphere deteriorated rapidly as the crowd grew larger and security measures failed to manage the situation effectively.
Several young men in the crowd reportedly acted inappropriately.
Footage circulating on social media shows Mahira Khan appearing visibly distressed as she was jostled while trying to make her way into the store.
Some individuals allegedly attempted to touch her inappropriately amid the surge of the crowd.
Despite the disruption, Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed continued with the event and made a scheduled appearance on the rooftop terrace to greet fans, Express News reported.
However, video clips now circulating online show at least three individuals aggressively pushing toward the actress in what appeared to be a poorly managed setting.
