The Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) has received an overwhelming response for teaching jobs in KPK (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), with more than 866,000 applications submitted for 16,454 vacancies.
According to an official press release, the recruitment drive saw participation from candidates across various categories, including a significant number of female applicants and individuals with disabilities.

Among the total applicants, 395,487 are female candidates, while 470,661 are male. Additionally, 7,161 applications were submitted by disabled individuals.
The recruitment process also includes 406 PhD degree holders competing for these ETEA teaching jobs, highlighting the intense competition and high qualification levels among candidates. Furthermore, four transgender candidates have also applied for these positions, reflecting inclusivity in the hiring process.
