  3. A regular passport or another recognized travel document that is valid for at least three months after the visa application’s expiration date. There must be at least two blank pages in this document. Please bring any prior passports you may have and include copies of the utilized pages on A4-sized paper with your application.
  4. A copy of your national identification card
  5. Foreign nationals living in Pakistan must present documentation proving their right to be there and stating how long they are permitted to stay.
  6. The original and a copy of the NADRA-issued Family Registration Certificate (in English or, if it is in Urdu, with a certified translation)
  7. For children under the age of 18 traveling with a single parent, the other parent’s written permission and a copy of his CNIC card are necessary.
  8. An original, signed letter from the applicant’s employer specifying the applicant’s name, position, pay, length of employment, employer’s address and phone number, and the reason for and length of the travel to the Schengen state(s). Original, signed correspondence from the applicant’s school, college, or university if the applicant is a “student”.
  9. Supporting records of individual income include the following:
    • Original bank statements from the past six months
    • National Tax Number Certificates (NTN) for the last two years and evidence that income taxes have been paid (FBR)
    • and the most recent three pay stubs.
  10. Proof of lodging (confirmed hotel reservation, rental agreement that includes your name, the dates of the rental period, and the address of the lodging) for the entire length of travel. A hotel reservation may be cancelled (only in Greece).
  11. A copy of the flight reservation.
  12. Include a thorough itinerary if the journey is a package tour.
  13. A travel health insurance policy with a minimum payout of 30,000 euros, in both the original and a copy. For the duration of the valid stay on Schengen territory, the insurance must pay for medical and hospital expenditures as well as repatriation fees.
