MG Pakistan has released the official pricing for the MG U9, marking the model’s formal entry into the local market following its debut at PAPS 2025 last month. The company had opened pre-bookings at Rs. 8,000,000, which MG confirmed will remain a non-refundable booking amount for all customers.
According to the circular issued to dealerships, the MG U9 will be available in two variants. The base variant, the MG U9 – 2.5L Turbo Diesel Explore Pro, carries an ex-factory price of Rs. 22,749,000. The second option, the Explore Pro + Smart Hatch, is priced at Rs. 23,949,000.

MG stated that the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the confirmed delivery date, while freight charges will apply separately. The announcement highlighted that Pakistan is the second global market to receive the U9.
The pickup features a 2.5-liter turbodiesel engine rated at 215 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive.
The model also includes a locking rear differential, a 12.3-inch infotainment display, and the Smart Hatch option for the higher variant.
MG noted that delivery timelines will be shared after booking confirmation, with current estimates ranging from 90 to 100 days. The company also cautioned that major foreign exchange fluctuations or policy changes could affect pricing.
