Dr. Zakir Naik addressed a gathering of over 150,000 attendees at Lahore’s Badshahi Mosque, marking a significant turnout for the religious preacher’s event. Over two days, Naik’s speech attracted vast crowds, while millions more tuned in online to hear him.

Lahore police took extensive security measures to ensure safety during the event. According to Express News, security personnel included SPs, ASPs, SDPOs, SHOs, and additional officers. DIG Operations Faisal Kamran personally oversaw security, coordinating a force of over 1,500 officers throughout the day.

The public praised the security arrangements, with attendees reporting a smooth entry into the mosque. Faisal Kamran acknowledged the positive feedback and thanked both the public and his team for their cooperation and efforts. He emphasized that ensuring public safety and convenience remains a top priority for the Lahore police.

Dr. Zakir Naik, currently on a month-long tour of Pakistan, is expected to deliver lectures in other major cities, including Karachi and Islamabad. This tour marks Naik’s first visit to Pakistan in 30 years, with his previous trip to Lahore in 1992 when he met Dr. Israr Ahmed.
