David Seymour, the head of the libertarian ACT party, was the focus of the remark as he grilled Ardern on the performance of her administration.
On December 13 in Parliament, Jacinda Ardern referred David asas a “arrogant prick” while speaking under her breath, but the microphones picked it up.
After the rounds of questions, Ardern, who is renowned for maintaining her composure while arguing, became anxious.
